Slitter rewinder control

This diploma thesis deals with the control of unwinding and winding tension sections on the slitter rewinder for packaging material. The essay was created in collaboration with SOMA company, which provided a machine for testing and measuring. The theoretical part describes the function of bitter rewinder, possible mechanical approaches of control the tension sections, and real mechanics of control on our machine. The next part explores selected hardware and its use on the rewinder. Further chapters are focused on the individual measuring chains, calibration, computations of required quantities and control algorithms. The last part compares the theoretical and measured values and evaluates the results of this essay.

Music Therapy with pre-school children

Following study is about music therapy processes within group of preschoolers attending music therapy sessions. The study is directed on group dynamics processes in small group. The main research question is: "Which phenomenons occur in group dynamic process of group integrity and group de-integrity?" these concepts of deintegrity and integrity are linked theoretically with concept of cohesion and tension. The concept of cohesion and tension leads the group into two group states. The first one can be characterized as "cohesiveness" and the following is characterized as "moving apart". The results of study outline what kinds of factors can be found for cohesion and tension for small group of preschoolers in music therapy sessions.

Space where we will be alone together

Passing and meeting or looking for a shared space where we could be together or where we could be alone together. Is it possible, for a short moment at least, to step into the other one's world? Finding yourself along with finding the other one. Will we be able to recognize the boundary, once we cross it? This work should focus on a) exploring the space, b) exploring the space within us, and c) on a conflict, touch, on two spaces getting closer and getting further away (both on a physical and psychological level) - private space and public space, whose boundaries are blurring nowadays. These topics are applied on art as well (particularly on the works of performance art) and accounted for the outcomes in its own creative work. Confrontation of western and eastern spirituality: options and limitations of contemporary approaches the transcendent

The thesis deals with examination of the transcendent in relation to the human being through intraspective and extraspective analysis of some typical differences of eastern and western approach to being. Pointing out some fundamental differences on extraspective level. Searching for possible similarities on intraspective level ? real, imaginary and possible. Inspiration with Jung's collective unconsciousness and individuation process as the possible key to understanding the essence of human as focus of relation of an universal and an individual. The transcendent as a collective goal, or source of conflict? Are eastern and western approaches the transcendent compatible? Is there some essence of the transcendent, which is universal and points to some unbiased form of experience? Integration of consciousness and unconsciousness as the fundamental joint of East and West.
